Our company is a specialized mechanical manufacturing enterprise focused on forging. It was established on June 16, 2005. From its inception, the company was set up to supply scraper conveyors and hydraulic support components for large- and medium-sized coal mines in China. We specialize in the production of die-forged components for scraper conveyors, die-forged components for hydraulic supports, and components for construction machinery. In 2009, our company was designated by the Coal Industry Association as a key manufacturer of specialized equipment and components for the national coal mining industry. Today, we have become one of the larger professional forging manufacturers in China, specializing in die-forging processes for the coal machinery industry.

The company covers an area of 50,440 square meters and currently employs over 200 people, including 30 technical personnel and more than 150 sets of major mechanical equipment. Its primary products include large valves for petroleum, nuclear power, and other industries; forged valve bodies and components; hydraulic support accessories for mining applications (including various models of cylinder bases, guide sleeves, ear shafts, friction shoes, column sockets, column caps, etc.); accessories for mining scraper conveyors (such as scraper chains of various models, scrapers, cross beams, pin rails, rail seats, dumbbell pins, connecting rings, E-bolts, etc.); and other large-scale construction machinery parts (including track plates, sprocket housings, drive wheels, valve bodies, flanges, rod heads, cylinder heads, and pipes with a maximum diameter of Φ600). The company has an annual production capacity of approximately 50,000 tons and generates an annual output value of about 400 million yuan.

The company has workshops specializing in multi-directional forging, forging, heavy forging, blanking, heat treatment, die machining, and surface enhancement treatments. Its main forging and supporting equipment includes: the world’s second-largest multi-directional die-forging press unit with a capacity of 37,000 tons; China’s first set of 16,000-ton friction press units; 8,000-ton and 2,500-ton friction press units; a 3,000-ton side-forging hydraulic press (tube-expanding machine) production line; automated production lines for 2,500-ton and 1,000-ton electric screw presses; 1,600-ton and 1,000-ton hydraulic presses; 10-ton and 5-ton die-forging hammers; 3-ton and 750-kg free-forging hammers; 450–800-hole expanding machines; Φ1m roll forging machines; 800-kW and 1,250-kW induction heating furnaces, as well as other auxiliary equipment. The company’s primary heat treatment and machining equipment comprises various pit furnaces, box furnaces, 1,200×1,000 CNC machining centers, and other supporting equipment. Currently, the company possesses more than 1,500 sets of various dies and molds.

Our company has been consistently supplying various types of forged components for scraper conveyors—including scraper blades, pressure plates, dumbbell pins, E-bolts, and pin rails—to companies such as Zhongmei Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coal Mining Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Ningxia Tiandi Beniu Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Tiansheng Coal Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., and Shandong Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. We also provide a wide range of components—such as cylinder bases, column sockets, column caps, guide sleeves, track plates, sprocket bodies, toothed rail wheels, and drive wheels—for hydraulic supports, coal mining machines, and tunneling machines—to companies including Zhongmei Beijing Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Pingyang Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Sany Heavy Industry Equipment Co., Ltd., Pingdingshan Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., and Yankuang Group.

As a professional die-forging enterprise, our company boasts strong technological expertise and is equipped with an experienced, high-caliber R&D team that excels in both production and design. We have established robust industry-academia-research collaboration partnerships with the Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, and we are supported by advanced experimental facilities. To date, our company holds 34 utility model patents and 7 invention patents. In December 2014, our R&D center was recognized by the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology as a “Municipal Enterprise Technology Center” and was awarded the title of “Private Science and Technology Enterprise” by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. In December 2017, we were designated as a “High-Tech Enterprise” by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In 2018, we were successively recognized by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology as a provincial-level “Hidden Champion” enterprise and a provincial-level “Specialized, Fine, Unique, and New” enterprise. In 2018 and 2019, we were honored as “Outstanding Contributors to Economic Development.” In July 2022, we were designated as a “Provincial Gazelle Enterprise” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
