Our company is a specialized mechanical manufacturing enterprise focusing on forging, established on June 16, 2005. From its inception, the company was formed to supply components for scraper conveyors and hydraulic supports to large and medium-sized coal mines in China. We specialize in the production of forged components for scraper conveyors and hydraulic supports, as well as engineering machinery parts. In 2009, we were awarded the designation of a designated production unit for specialized equipment and parts in the national coal mining industry by the Coal Industry Association. Currently, we are one of the largest specialized forging manufacturers in the domestic coal machinery industry in terms of forging processing scale.

The company covers an area of 50,440㎡, with over 200 employees, 30 technical personnel, and over 150 sets of major mechanical equipment. Our main products include: forgings for large valves and valve bodies used in petroleum and nuclear power industries; mining hydraulic support components (various types and models of cylinder bottoms, guide bushings, ear shafts, friction shoes, column nests, column caps, etc.); mining scraper conveyor components (various types and models of scraper chains, scrapers, cross beams, shoe rails, rail seats, dumbbell pins, connecting rings, E-type bolts, etc.); and other large engineering machinery components (track plates, sprocket bodies, drive wheels, valve bodies, flanges, rod heads, cylinder heads, maximum Φ600 pipes, etc.). The annual production capacity is approximately 50,000 tons, with an annual output value of approximately 400 million yuan.

The company has workshops for multi-directional forging, forging, re-forging, blanking, heat treatment, mold machining, and surface strengthening. The main forging and supporting equipment includes: a 37,000T multi-directional forging press production line (the second largest tonnage globally); the first 16,000T friction press production line in China; 8,000T and 2,500T friction press production lines; a 3,000T side forging hydraulic press (mandrel machine) production line; 2,500T and 1,000T automatic electric screw presses; 1,600T and 1,000T hydraulic presses; 10T and 5T forging hammers; 3T and 750KG free forging hammers; 450-800 expanding machines; a Φ1M roll forging machine; 800KW and 1250KW heat treatment furnaces and other supporting equipment. The main heat treatment and processing equipment includes various pit furnaces, box furnaces, a 1200*1000 CNC machining center, and other supporting equipment. We currently have over 1,500 sets of various molds.

Our company has been a long-term supplier of various models of scraper conveyors forged components, including scrapers, pressure plates, dumbbell pins, E-type bolts, and shoe rails, to companies such as Zhongmei Zhangjiakou Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanxi Coal Mine Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Ningxia Tiandi Benniu Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Tiansheng Coal Mine Equipment Co., Ltd., and Shandong Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. We also supply various types and models of cylinder bottoms, column nests, column caps, guide bushings, track plates, sprocket bodies, rack wheels, and drive wheels for hydraulic supports, coal cutters, and tunneling machines to companies such as Zhongmei Beijing Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Coal Mine Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Pingyang Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Pingdingshan Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd., and Yankuang Group.

As a professional forging enterprise, the company has strong technical accumulation and a highly skilled R&D team with rich production and design experience. We have established good industry-academia-research cooperation relationships with the Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, supported by advanced experimental facilities. Currently, the company has 34 utility model patents and 7 invention patents. In December 2014, our R&D center was recognized as a "Municipal Enterprise Technology Center" by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission and was awarded the honorary title of "Private Technology Enterprise" by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. In December 2017, it was recognized as a "High-tech Enterprise" by the Provincial Science and Technology Department. In 2018, it was successively named a provincial "Hidden Champion" enterprise and a provincial "Specialized, Refined, Characteristic, and New" enterprise by the Provincial Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In 2018 and 2019, it was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Unit for Economic Development."
