On September 12, 2025, the "Research and Application of Integrated Forging Technology for Mining Hydraulic Cylinder Barrel Ranges φ80–φ600," developed by our company, successfully passed the national-level achievement appraisal. This project has broken through the traditional manufacturing bottlenecks in mining hydraulic cylinder barrels, addressing critical issues such as insufficient weld strength and low reliability caused by the conventional "segmented forging + welding" method domestically employed. As a result, it has effectively shattered the foreign monopoly on integrated forging technology.

The project leverages the company's 370MN multi-directional forging press production line. Through innovative techniques such as integral forging and stepwise double-punch forging, the project has optimized the forging process, significantly enhancing forming accuracy and product quality. This achievement enables the domestic production of cylinder tubes ranging from φ80 to φ600 in specification, with key technical indicators now reaching international advanced levels. These products effectively meet the stringent requirements of mining equipment for high-strength, long-life core components, thereby contributing to the overall reliability enhancement of hydraulic support systems and other related equipment.
